Set in peaceful countryside, the property is also only a short drive from Servigliano, a beautiful Italian village known for its charming piazza, local cafés, and authentic atmosphere—perfect for soaking up everyday Italian life.
Experience Casale Bramasole, our five-bedroom villa sleeping up to 12, complete with a private pool and available from May to September. For a more intimate escape, our loft villa accommodates up to three guests and is ideal for exploring Italy during the cooler months.

The Loft is a stylish and self-contained annex, designed for an indulgent and intimate stay. A striking spiral staircase leads to an open mezzanine bedroom, where a freestanding bath sits perfectly positioned to take in the stunning surrounding views. Downstairs, the space features a sleek kitchen and a beautifully appointed bathroom with a walk-in shower. Ideal for a romantic couples’ escape, The Loft can also accommodate one child, making it a wonderful option for a small family exploring the area.

A car is required to get to the villa which is located on the road between Penna San Giovanni and Piano di Falerone. In the Marcerata district of Le Marche. Please see google maps location link below:
There are two small supermarkets located in Piane di Falerone and Servigliano, roughly a 15 minute drive from the property. A number of larger supermarkets and shopping malls are located approximately 30 minute drive towards the coast.
Yes, you will have exclusive use of the villa, pool and gardens throughout your stay. The pool is cleaned every 3/4 days during your stay.
The villa is on the road up to Penna San Giovanni which is a 5 minute drive and offers several local Italian restaurants and bars. 15 minutes down the road into the valley is Piane di Falerone and Servigliano, offering supermarkets, bars and restaurants. We can assist with making reservations and advising on opening hours and local events.
It take approximately 40 minutes to drive to the beach from the villa. In Italy beaches and sunbeds are often part of restaurants, we can recommend a range of options to suit your needs/budget and book the sunbeds and restaurants for you during busier periods.

There are a number of airport options within a 4 hour drive of the villa enabling you to see the stunning surrounding countryside on your way to us.
Trains in Italy are an affordable and relaxing way to travel the country. Our closest stations are Porto Sant’Elpidio and Civitanova Marche, both offer car hire locally. Alternatively if you would like a minibus collection from these stations this can be added as an additional service. While there isn’t a local taxi service, we’re happy to help with transport options. If your group would like to hire a minibus for part or all of your stay, this can be arranged as an additional service — and we can even provide a driver to make your travel completely effortless.
